1 Introduction and Acceptance

4 Financial Transactions — Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on crickess is ৳200. We accept deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. You may be required to complete identity verification (KYC) before submitting a withdrawal request.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

crickess processes transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Any conversion fees or service charges imposed by third-party payment processors are the responsibility of the user.

4.4 Refunds and Disputes

Funds deposited to the platform are generally non-refundable; however, in the case of a technical error, a request may be submitted through our support team. Any transaction-related disputes must be reported to us within 30 days.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳18,000 or more earns the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing any bonus amount, you must wager a total of 10 times the bonus value. The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until this requirement is met. Wagering calculations apply only to eligible games.

5.3 General Promotion Terms

Each promotion has its own specific terms and conditions. By participating in a promotion, you also accept its specific terms. crickess reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time.

6 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Outcomes

6.2 Prohibited Misconduct

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical error, crickess will attempt to restore the previous state. However, if restoration is not possible, the funds wagered in that round may be refunded.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the crickess platform:

• Money laundering or conducting transactions using funds from illegal sources.
• Using another person's account or allowing others to use yours.
• Placing bets using automated software or bots.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's systems or security measures.
• Registering with false information or committing fraud during identity verification.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

crickess reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Suspected illegal activity or fraud.
• Failure to complete age or identity verification.
• Extended period of inactivity.
